Hey, I'm Amira, your documentary storytelling photographer with an editorial eye! Anyone can take a photo, but not every photo can take you back in a new light. I view my photos like paintings, carefully composed with light, emotion, and movement. The result is imagery that feels cinematic, timeless, and deeply personal photos that don't just show what happened, but brings you right back to how it felt.
I graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2025 and discovered photography during my last semester of undergrad. That same year, I was honored to receive the Kristoffer Gillette Scholarship for Excellence in Photography, which helped me invest in top of the line equipment so I can best serve you. I am now pursuing my Master's degree in Business from the Ross School of Business to apply that knowledge during our work together.
